The Techcon TS50FR is a complete benchtop meter mix system for mixing and dispensing two part adhesives. It provides a low cost, simple way to dispense common adhesives like epoxies, MMA's and more. This system can be activated using a simple foot pedal or programmable logic device.
The Techcon TS50FR can dispensed a wide range of fixed ratios including 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1. This benchtop meter mix system is pneumatically powered using positive displacement pump technology to ensure accurate, repeatable mixing and dispensing of two part adhesive resins.
The TS50FR is activated using a foot switch and can dispense in shot sizes from 2 to 50cc with +/- 1% accuracy.
