These stainless steel dispensing needles were made specifically for automated dispensing applications. They are 1/2" long with a stainless steel cannula and nickel plated brass hub. Multiple gauge sizes are available to adjust the bead or dot size being dispensed.
The Techcon TS-SS Series dispensing tips are a composed of a stainless steel cannula and nickel plated brass hub. All of the TS-SS Series needles are 1/2" in length but they are available in a wide range of gauge sizes to precisely control the bead size. These needles were developed specifically for automated dispensing applications, especially those with higher pressure outputs.
