When to Use Brush Tip Nozzles for Fluid and Adhesive Dispensing
Brush tip nozzles can be used with most standard single and dual component dispensing cartridges. They come in a variety of gauges and brush types for applying and then brushing a material over the application surface.
The Techcon Systems BT Series tips use a double helix spreader for brushing on adhesives while dispensing. The BT Series brush tips come in a range of gauge sizes and are available in both soft and stiff bristle options, depending on your dispensing needs.
The BT Series brush tips utilize a polypropylene hub for attaching the syringe barrel attachment and can be used with a wide range of adhesives. These tips are sold in packs of 12 and should operate at a maximum pressure of 100 psi.
