About the SS10 Bulk Hot Melt Tank
The Astro SS10 bulk hot melt tank is a premium bulk hot melt unit usually configured for use with a hose and handgun system. It offers adjustable output and temperature control, a 10lb melt tank and a teflon coated lining virtually eliminating the possibility of char build-up.
About the DG2 Hot melt Handgun for Bead Dispensing
There are two versions of the hot melt handgun offered with this system, the Axial (or Rotary) swivel and the ball swivel.
The rotary swivel handgun can move in a 360 degree rotation but constrains movement up and down. This gun is good for repetitive line dispensing.
The ball swivel handgun can move in a 360 degree rotation as well as up and down giving it a larger range of motion. This gun is good for more freely controlling the bead dispense.
